Assumptions are nasty little human habits.
Languages built based upon phonetics and glyphs such as Korean, Japanese, and Mandarin, aren’t exactly easy for me. With that said, I don’t particularly find it enjoyable, nor eventful to learn.
I have taken 2 years of Japanese within my high school, however.
Easy…When not talking about time, or converting conjugation. That’s me, of course.
Words. Those are beauty to me.
I do take pride on knowing how to say most of what I say in English in other languages. I have some primary languages of which I prefer to use: French, German, Russian, Italian, and Spanish.
Forming actual sentences isn’t what I generally look for—except in German and Spanish and a tiny bit of Russian. I tend to use other languages for interjections, or sudden expression/exclamation.
